Strattic is a Jerusalem-based, venture-backed, fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing web hosting by converting websites to a static and serverless architecture, making sites faster, more unhackable and more environmentally friendly than ever before possible.

Where will you work?

Strattic is a distributed team with most team members based in Israel.  We work from closets, bedrooms, home offices and sometimes co-working spaces that used to be chicken coops.  This position is for someone with availability in the US East Coast or Central time zones.

About the position

As a small team, we each own our domains and you will have a significant impact on our customer user experience, our product and company as a whole.

You will be working as part of our customer onboarding and support team collaborating closely with both our QA team and developers to troubleshoot and resolve real time customer issues. You will be the clients’ first point of contact for any challenges they are facing and you will therefore be well placed to help suggest solutions that may shape the future of our product. The day to day will involve close contact and correspondence with customers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and troubleshooting any real time issues that come up.

Requirements:

  • Full time availability

  • US Time Zone (GMT -4 / -5/ -6/ -7)

  • 5+ years of professional WordPress experience

  • 3+ years of customer support at a WordPress agency/WordPress managed hosting company

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Strong customer facing skills

  • Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving 

  • Experience with MySQL, SFTP
