Discounts and Terms

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

• All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
• The Promotion Coupon shall allow you to receive a 20% discount on the purchase of one of the annual Strattic plans: Starter, Professional, and Business (the “Subscription Plans”).  
• Elementor-Strattic Bundle: during the Promotion term, a 100% discount coupon for Elementor Pro annual subscription, will be sent via email (the “Elementor Coupon”), as follows:

• • Buy Strattic Starter- get Elementor Pro Essential coupon
  • Buy Strattic Professional- get Elementor Pro Advanced coupon
  • Buy Strattic Business- get Elementor Pro Expert coupon

• The discount and the Elementor Coupon will apply for a purchase of an annual Subscription Plan only. 
• The Promotion discount and the Elementor Coupon discount shall only apply for the first year of new subscriptions, and will not apply for renewals. 
• If you wish to get a refund for one of the annual plans that you purchased during the Promotion term, you will be able to do so for 30 days only. 
• If you exercise the refund option for the Elementor-Strattic Bundle, both subscriptions (i.e. the Strattic and the Elementor Pro) will be canceled.
• We may decline to provide the Promotion offer or the Elementor Coupon for a specific user.
• The Promotion applies ONLY to upgrades and/or new additional subscriptions (without canceling the current one) and does NOT apply to any subscription renewals in the next annual cycle.
• Trial terms that start during the Promotion term, will not be eligible for the Promotion discount or the Elementor Coupon unless buying the Subscription during the said term. 
• The discounts are personal and non-transferable. 
• If you ask for a refund after purchasing a license with the Promotion discount, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
• The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts. 
• When using the Promotion coupons or the Elementor Coupon, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the license, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
